- Plain milk-instead take low fat milk and it’s products.
- Weight if you are overweight
Check these periodically
- Blood Pressure-High blood pressure and uncontrolled blood sugars cause strokes, kidney failure and heart attacks.
- Blood Sugar
- Weight & BMI, do not be scared to check your weight. Overweight causes a lot of complications in future. BMI should be less than 25.

- Anger, say to yourself “I am not angry”

- Close friends
- Celebrations even if small, you don’t have to spend a lot of money.
- Smiles-Sweetest thing on this earth.
- Gratitude-Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation or thankfulness for something that someone has done or given to you. It is a positive emotion that can be directed towards other people, oneself, or even abstract concepts. Expressing gratitude can have many benefits, including improving mental and physical health, strengthening relationships, and increasing happiness and well-being. Gratitude can be expressed in many different ways, including through words, actions, or even through nonverbal cues such as a smile or a hug.
- Mindfulness-It is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
- Relaxation

- Intermittent fasting-Talk to your doctor first
- Exercise-start slowly first. If you have health issues, talk to your doctor first.
- Get Sufficient sleep-7-8hrs a day.
- Pray, silent prayer multiple times a day is what I like to do.
- Express love to your family members
- Help others via volunteering or charity. It gives a lot of happiness to help others and that improves your health.
- See a medical doctor at least once a year and get recommended routine blood work. Don’t be afraid to see a doctor.
